MS ACCESS 97 , 2000, 2003 COMPATIBILITY

hi all

really i am always facing a problem with MS access compatibility. we have some departments in the company have small application which are developed by the employees with different MS access version.

yesterday we changed a PC with a new one (windows XP , MS office 2003)for an employee in ER section, but we found that an access database Ver 97 was working in the old one, and it does not work with the new one.

is there any solution to transfer from old VER to new ver without any lose or destroy in the data?
