MS Access Data Problems

I am in the process of setting up a database with MS Access. I have never used this program. I’ve created tables and forms and reports all without a problem. What I have noticed is that some of the data entered is disappearing. I have no idea where it is going and can not find it. Any help with this issue would be fantastic.
