MS Access intergrated with outlook

I’m trying to find a program that I can get that will allow me to monitor a specific mailbox and once the guys that work on it do action the email request then it will be updated on Access that user1 has taken 1 actioned one email then at the end of the day I can see how many email were recieved and who action how many.
