MS Cluster file share restrictions

This should be a simple question but I can’t seem to find the answer.

I have a windows 2003 cluster with file shares. I’m wanting to restrict the size the users see or is able to use so one share can’t just fill up the entire disk on the cluster. Where do I do this at or how can I do this?
