MS Excel Date Conversion

What is the formula might be in order to convert any Date to the 1st of the subsequent quarter following this Date?
For example:
2/5/2008 => 4/1/2008
5/3/2008=> 7/1/2008
8/2/2008=> 9/1/2008
12/5/2008=>1/1/2009

I need this to calculate the Effective Date based on the anniversary date after certain years in service.
