MS Exchange Server

I currently have MS Eschange running on my NT system. It is installed on drive c: and I am currently running out of disk space. Some of my services are stopping. I have moved some of Exchange log file to drive d:. I am wondering if there is a utility out that I can completely move Exchange from drive c: to drive d:.
