MS Knowledgebase and IE

Working in a MS world, I frequently visit their knowledgebase. When you click on the Support, Knowledgebase menu, you move to the Knowledgebase search. Here you have to select a product, then a search option, then finally the keywords. Sometimes thefirst keyword does not work, so you have to go back and try a different one. My question is this – On some machines, IE will remember the last product I selected, and I only need to re-enter a keyword or phrase, however, on most, I have to continuously re-select the product after I go back. This can be frustrating at times, since the product list is quite long. I looked but could not find a setting in I.E to do this, anyone know of a way?
