MS Office 97 & Word

I have created a form in word 97 which uses the commondialog box for visual basics. Unfortunately only some users are able to succesfully use this form. Other users are receiving error messages such as “could not load an oject it is not available onthis machine”. This is because the MS Office Common dialog activex is not installed on the users machine. Can someone tell me how I get this installed? I’ve tried uninstalling office 97 completley, but no luck so far.
