MS Office Access

I have MS Office Access 2003 and I am the only person using my windoes XP computer. I have mistakenly included a logon requirement for my Access database files. I don’t remember the password and don’t have it written down. How do I overcome this predicament? How do I get access to the database files? I can’t even open a new database until I enter the Name & Password of the program.
