MS Outlook 2003-Forms-Unable to send form with the formatting

Hi,

I am trying to create a form that I can email to the users, they complete and then simply reply on that email with all of the information intact.

I have followed the steps on the how or help guides, but i can’t seem to get it to work.

First of all, when I created my form, I did check the box that asks”send form definition with item” but the moment I email the form, it looses all of the fomatting.

Please can someone advise as to how I can keep the formatting in tact when sending the information.

When I published the form, I had a hard time there too, and I’m not sure if that has something to do with it.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
