MS Outlook 2003 Rules

I have rules setup in MS Outlook that automatically replies to emails that contain certain words in the subject. Outlook will only reply to an email address once. This is a problem because the same person may need to email me again, but with a different issue.

I want outlook to run this rule every time this person emails me regardless of how many times.

Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
