MS OUTLOOK 2013 FOLDER SYNCHRONIZATION

Hi I recently installed MS Outlook 2013 version. But the problem is folder pane is appearing empty also I am getting huge sync error logs. The problematic updates like KB 2817630 are also not installed. I have also performed repair check for outlook but in vain. Please help me out of this.
