MS Project Date Fields – highlight text

I currently have a MSProject 2000 file set up for several users, in which each user has to go in and update their dates. What I would like is that if the date in column (ie Start1 column) is prior to Today, the colour of the text for that field changes to red. Does anyone know if this is possible and if so, how?
