MS Project Plan Phases

I’m in the initiation stage of planning my first Intranet-Internet Web Site Project, and I’m looking for expert advice on outlining my MS Project plan. In the past I have outlined my plan with the following phases: Initiation, Design, Delivery, Testing, Production, and Closing. Any advice on a more effective outline?
