MS Query missing in Excel

I am running Excel 2000 and need to get external data, new database query. I get the message that MS Query is not installed, do you want to install it. But when I put in my original Office CD says it isn’t valid for reload, presumably because I updated Office on-line with a service pak or something. Now it is called “Premium” version, but my original CD is just Office Pro.

How can I get the MS Query update?
