MS Word Help – saving web text to MS word Doc?

Is there an add-in or third party app that will let me select items (text) from a web page and save/convert/transfer to a word doc without having to copy and paste? I want something similar to the way adobe does iy by adding it to a menu selection in internet explorer? If not, can I edit the drop down menus and create my own? Any suggestion are very much appreciated. Thank You
