MSAccess 2010 batch process does not work anymore since mid july 2016

I had a perfectly working process. It was started bij a scheduled task which started process an msaccess db (query etc)

now it does not work anymore. I’ve searched and tried for a month now and i’m getting pretty desperate in finding a solution.

Machine is a Windows Server 2008 R2, Access is 2010 version.

– starting the process in a cmd windows does not work alsoe

– when debugging the programs the process does what is should do and finished properly, no errors are found or shown

please help ..
