MSSQL – ‘DTSRun’ is not recognized as an internal or external command

I have a script that uses a bat file to run a SQL report using DTSRun. This function is no longer working and when i try to run it from the command shell i get the error;

‘DTSRun’ is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file.

If anyone knows how to sort this out it would really help.
