Multi-booting win and linux.

I currently dual-boot between win98 and suse 6.4.
(well, i load suse from floppy), but i would like to add win2000 and red hat to my 30 gig hhd, and boot with partition magic or win2000 or lilo. I beleive there’s a limitation on where lilo can be installed (below 1024 cylinder). My question is:
1.Is the 1024 limit the physical or logical limit reported on my system, i think about 2gig or 8gig
(i have a eide ata33 ultra dma); and
2.If i use partition magic, does it matter where i install lilo in the hhd? ( as long as it’s located in it’s own primary partition, /boot or /root).
3. If i install lilo in the mbr, can it boot win2000?
