Multi Home Router

I have added two same NIC cards into my NT Server and i am having only two subnets . I am able to route the network but unable to browse the network through Network Neighbourhood . The services i.e netlogon , workstation service isnt starting and giving the error ” A duplicate name exists in the network ” What may be the problem .Pls suggest me some solution what to do. I will be thankful to you
