Multiple Client Access Licensing?

What would be causing the use of all of a five client licensing on a w2k server network, that only has four workstations and the Admin account is not logged on? Workstations except for one is using windows 2000 Pro. Please help, since Dell is slowin their response time and I need to get this fixed quick! Thanks!
