Multiple Linux installs on same machine?

I’m trying to install Red Hat 7.1 on the same machine for a server class. What I’m trying to do is do a morning, afternoon, and a night class in three seperate partitions so that they each can do their own work. How can I get this to work, and what steps during the install do I need to take?
