Multiple reply to address w/ Exchange?

by jwhite . Updated 25 years, 7 months ago

I have a mail server running Exchange 5.5, SP3. All of my users are on Outlook 2000. Currently we are housing 2 companies in the building and the many of the users do work for both companies. On the Exchange server we have it set up so that it accepts mail for both companies, each employee having two different email addresses. The users each have one Exchange mailbox where all their mail goes, regardless of what address it was sent to.

What we want to be able to do, is have the user choose which of their email addresses is sent as the default reply-to-address on a an individual message basis. That way people who receive the email know which company it came from, instead of relying on signatures.

On the Exchange server you can choosewhich SMTP address is the default. Is their a way for the users to do this on the client side?

Thanks,

Jamie
