Multiple user workstation registry hack

Hi all. A while back, maybe 2 or 3 months ago, there was a tech tip for editing the registry to clear the last person’s user ID info from the user name field when logging in. THis prevents incorrect password messages. Can someone point me to the download for that? Thanks.
