Multiuser Password Protection

I’m looking for an application that will let me enter all the departments passwords and have the file only those those passwords that are needed by the user.

For example, the Help Desk doesn’t need to know what the Admin password is for the network.

We’re not wanting to store “personal” passwords (i.e. for login), but passwords for protected documents, for websites that support an application.

I found from a previous discussion Network Password Manager. Are there any others that I can look at as well?
