My Aunt’s Norton Personal Firewall

Ok guys, now comes the time I need some swift advice, hoping it is the kind that warrants a swift answer…

My aunt got Norton Personal Firewall 2002 for free with some junk she bought. She asked me to install it, and I agreed, thinking it couldn’t hurt anything.

While it technically hasn’t hurt anything (major), it has blocked ALL attachments from coming in through her Outlook Express. Are any of you versed enough in this in your own homes to know where I can disble this? I have no time to help her, and when I sit there and screw around with it, achieve nothing.
