My AutoText Font Changes on Replies

Help!

I am having a problem with Word (surprise surprise) as my email editor in Outlook 2003. My company use AutoText entries to expedite emails sent out to customers. When I use the entries on a new email, they are inserted with my normal font (Tahoma 10 – business standard). However, if I reply to or forward an email, the font changes to Times New Roman 12.

I’ve tried to recreate the AutoText entries with the correct font, change the default font in the normal.dot, change the normal style in the normal.dot, create a new template only for use in emails with the correct font, all to no avail.

I have no stationery set in Outlook, and I have the font settings set to ‘Always Use My Fonts’. All fonts in Outlook are set to Tahoma 10. Is there something I’m missing? This is driving me crazy!

Thanks.
