My Instagram account has been hacked. Is the email I recieved legitimate?

Hi guys

So crazy day, my account was hacked, and I filled in a form about it on the app itself. I then received said email from info++aazqfrmrs4xplk@support.facebook.com. In the email I was asked to send a photo of myself holding a bit of paper with numbers on it. Incredibly fishy. However, after scanning the internet a few people have popped up saying they were asked to do the same thing, and that it worked. The email itself is also from a Facebook account. Can anyone shed any light on the legitimacy of this email? I’d really like my account back haha. Thank you so much!
