My new boss

My new boss is an accountant and I had to explain him how TI works. In reality, his knowledge about computers and IT world, is at a user level. He is an opportunist and take advantage of my work. I have several years of experience in TI. Yesterday he puts his signature on my technical specifications for an invitation to tender. Do you have some ideas of what I can do to block the behavior of my new boss. He was presented to us as a team person. But he hehaves like the only person doing the work.
