MY PS4 CONTROLLER DOES NOT TURN ON NO MATTER WHAT

My dualshock doesn’t turn on when I plug it into the computer, into the PS4, and also doesn’t charge via EXT with a charging dock. Switched out the batteries with new third party ones and working first party ones. Also switched the ribbon cable with a working one. None of these worked. Any ideas? I’m guessing it’s something wrong with the motherboard
