my sharp pixlab don’t work on xp

i have a mini dv cam corder. its usb capture driver don’t work in windows-xp. it says it not digitaly signed. and contact the hardware vendor. the cd provided me has a pixlab usb capture version 1.0 & the model of my dv cam corder VL-WD250E. PLEASE help me !!!!!!
