Name changed in AD but not in Outlook brackets <>

We recently had a user who needed to have their name changed due to it being spelled wrong.

We made all the appropriate changes in AD but when sending an email using Outlook it appears like this in the auto complete of the TO: field

Correct Name

My question is, where does (name in brackets) get propigated from and how do I change it?
