National IT Support Companies

Hello, I work for a small engineering company and we may have a need to hire a national support company to assist us with configuring devices out in the field. Can anyone recommend a company that is national, and would have technicians in most areas of the country? The IT work is basic, just configuring small linux based devices with IP information via a menu, and possibly some basic network troubleshooting. One place I have in mind is the Geek Squad, but I feel that place is more residential focused.
