“Near-spam” from ex-contractors

by rbmooney . Updated 23 years, 7 months ago

My question is: how do I stop national companies that are usually not considered spamers–VeriSign–from constantly bombarding me with reminders that it’s time to renew an old contract with them. I cancelled 6 months ago my complete business relationship with VeriSign due to their improper handling and billing of my account. What they did caused me professional embarrassment no end. Yet they still send “loop messages” that can’t be stopped by their clever construct that allows on their pre-selected responses in their drop-down menus. And once I do get something to go through that reminds them of their “near-spam” emailing to me I simply get MORE EMAILS!!! Again, these CATCH-22 emails can’t be stopped no matter what I do or threaten to do! I tried calling Microsoft but I was always put on HOLD!

I’m fed up to here with VeriSign and wish them the worst luck as they are treacherous non-business types who only connive against you! If I had their Pres. in front of me I’d wring his neck! Their cognitive dissonance would provoke a SAINT!
