Need A New Switch… Suggestions?

I work at a non-profit organization and maintain the network and computers. Our switch is failing and we need a new one. We currently have this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833105143 and could buy the same thing, but I wondered if there is something comparable that is better than the 3com switch. Any suggestions would be great about this.
