Need a pulse…

I am in the marketing department of a systems integration company. I’m hoping that someone can give me a better feel for what the real world needs of IT Managers are right now.

Are there any specific products or areas of specialization that companies are looking to outsource or bring in additional help for. Specifically, in the small to medium tier (25 – 500 seats)?
