Need a Windows-based inventory system

I currently have an inventory/locator system that runs on an AS/400. I am not looking for a full WMS. We use a controller, scanners, and access points all made by Intermec. I am looking to switch to a Windows-based solution, either NT or 2000, that can handle a medium-light workload. Of course, cost will be an issue. Any suggestions?
