We run a mortgage origination system off of 2 Terminal servers and an SQL server. The application is installed on the SQL server and the TS servers have a workstation version installed on them. Our users connect via IP address to the TS servers. We are experiencing extreme lag in the application. We tested our bandwidth usage and at peak times we hit 105kbps. Our servers peak (for 5 minutes max) at 50% cpu usage and only use 1/3 of RAM. We can run other appications such as enterprise manager and crystal reports from the TS servers and everything runs fine, but our mortgage software has an extreme lag. Is there a tool to test if it is the software itself or does anyone have any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated.
