Need Career Advise

I dont know the path to direct my self for all OS Administration, Networking, IIS , SSL, setting up domains, Firewalls, and every related task in IT.
Could somebody tell the direction because I am lost.
Just for transparency and not to boast anybody, I am a BSCoE (Computer Engineering)graduate.
I need certain direction.
