Need Good Books for NT4, IIS4 and Exchange 5.5

I have gotten tossed back in time with a new job and need to study up on NT4, IIS4 and Exchange 5.5. Looking for suggestions on good books to learn the systems and use as a reference, not an exam cram style. I need to learn it, not pass a test.
I’m not a newbie, I was a Netware CNE back in the hay-day for NT4 and have never had a need to learn it in depth until now. If anyone has some good old books they want to unload let me know.
