Need help with an excel macro to group rows with values

I am looking to group rows in excel. I have several columns with levels
and the levels range from 1-6.

I know how to do it manually, but it is a large sheet with values.
And to my opinion, it?s better to use tools when they are available.

Hope that somebody can help me out.

P.s. how can I show a small piece of this sheet? How to enclose this Excel sheet?
