Need Login script to replace a file application data of all user profiles

I need to change the settings like Language, page setup in MS word for all domain users. whenever they are creating a blank document these settings should automatically applied to them. I know i can do the changes in one normal.dot file can replace it with the one available in their profile. So i need a login script to replace this file every time user login.
