Need to Convert wma file to mp3 by keeping tags intact

I have 10000 songs which are in wma and i want it to convert it to mp3 by keeping the tags intact. Is there any perl script that can do this encoding to mp3 … i know how to write tags but encoding to mp3 by copying tags is there any help on this?
