Need to run MMC from Win98

Able to install the admin pack to a 98 box without
any errors. However when we launch any of the consoles this error comes up” Snap-in failed to initialize| Name: not avaiable|
CLSID:(E355E538-1C2E-11D0-8C37-00C04FD0FE93)”

Also created a console from the 2000 server and
saved it. The same error comes up when run.

Could not find any hits on Microsoft site…
