Net+ vs iNet+ ??

What is the difference or focus between Net+ and iNet+ certifications. Can I just study for the iNet+ and cover the same material as Net+?

As a sales engineer I am only looking to fill in the gaps and be conversant with networking issues as theyrelate to ecommerce and ebusiness applications.

I am thinking iNet+ is a better use of my time. Looking for feedback. Thanks.
