Netbios problem

I have a win2k server and 2 98 systems connected to an 8 port hub.I have netbui in all systems.No wins and dhcp.

I have given static address to all sys. including win2k.I have enabled file and printer sharing.

But in the tcp/ip properties of 98 sys. the check box for enabling netbios is disabled automaticaly.So i cant enable it.

So i cant browse net work in the 2 98 sys.But i can ping,find them and map the network drives as usual.Theres no problem with win2k browsing the network.
