NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

Hey everyone! I need your help! I am connected via Ethernet port and every time I need to go on the web or steam it say NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID or SSL invalid. I can connect to the web with nordvpn and with WiFi but with Ethernet it doesn’t work! Please help!

Note: I live at a hotel and I am on the hotel internet
