Netlogon service not starting on w2k

I have a Windows2k workstation that I am trying to get onto my NT 4.0 domain. I can only create a computer account on the domain for this maching by using netdom. Also, the netlogon service fails with the following event ids:

7024 – The netlogon service terminated with service-specific error 5737

5737 – The system returned the following error code: The parameter is incorrect
