Netlogon Slow Windows 2003

Had a RAID5 crash, drives repaired using recovery tool. Since then, Netlogon service service starts slow, which requires starting a bunch of services manually. Seeing odd DCOM errors in Event Viewer. Exchange not working, WMI is bugged…any help much appreciated!
