MORNING ALL!
Well my netscape mail programm is acting up. the story is i bought 3 new computer (os=windows 2000) and i install netscape mail program to all of them as the administrator. Two of them the users could log on and see there mail by usingnetscape. Now the third one is acting up , whenever the user logs on and wants to see his mail it tells him to create a profile and he did the only thing at the end of the creation this message comes up ” netscape.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. you will need to restart the program. An error log is being created (ok).” Every time i restart the program at the end it gives me the above message. I tried to log in as a different user and the same thing happens. This doesn’t happen when i log in as Administrator and create the profiles, only happens when other users in the same domain like the administrator log in and create a profile the message comes up. Guys i need help here, the third computer is the VP’s computer and he is breathing down my neck. What the hell is going on what should i do??????
